• understand your risk of developing breast cancer
• learn about the options available to manage your breast cancer risk, including the advantages and disadvantages of each option
• make decisions about which option is the right choice for you.

The website will guide you systematically to work through the worksheet, which will help you to know what is most important to you and to think more clearly about your preferences. After you have completed the worksheet, you may view and print out your responses. Please bring along this printout to your appointment with your surgeon.
