BRCADA is a public site, but it is also an anonymous site. We do not collect any personally identifying information about you or your family.

When you use the BRCADA Personal Worksheet, please do not enter your real name that could be used to identify you. Your entries will not be saved if you leave the BRCADA Personal Worksheet before completing the worksheet and clicking Submit. Only after you have completed the worksheet and clicked Submit, will you be able to view and print out the Summary Page. Please bring along this printout to your appointment with your surgeon.

As there is no login to save your information on our site, the Summary Page will not be retrievable by you when you use the BRCADA website on subsequent occasions. Please make sure you download and save the Summary Page in your computer before you leave the BRCADA site.
